The best of Patagonia from the highest peaks of the region to the southernmost city in the world. Wonderfully diverse hiking, awe-inspiring scenery, magnificent glaciers and the chance to observe wildlife are the highlights of this trip into southern Argentina and Chile.
Travel into the Glacier National Park to see the Perito Moreno glacier, one of the few advancing
glaciers on the planet and walk amongst the iconic granite towers of Torres del Paine National Park.
Visit Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world and take a cruise of the inlets and islands of the
Beagle Channel.
The beautiful scenery of these remote National Parks, the wildlife and the
culture all make for an unforgettable holiday. This trip runs from November to April only.

| Day 1: | Buenos AiresArrive at any time and transfer to hotel. |
| Days 2-3: | El Calafate / Moreno Glacier/ El Chaltén Fly south to the town of El Calafate. A spectacular drive through lofty mountain peaks takes us to the dynamic Moreno Glacier, within Glacier National Park. During the trip you may spot condors, eagles, flamingos, and rheas. Moreno is one of the few advancing glaciers on the planet, and you will long remember the sound of calving ice crashing into the lake waters below. |
| Days 4-5: | Chaltén / Glacier National Park From our base in El Chaltén we take two full-day hikes within Glacier National Park's northern tip, home to the third largest ice field on earth. Hike to Laguna de Los Tres to fully appreciate majestic Cerro Fitzroy/Chaltén (3441m / 11286 ft) and to Laguna Torre for inspiring Patagonian views. Bus back to El Calafate on Day 5. |
| Days 6-9: | Puerto Natales / Torres del Paine National Park Travel south again along unpaved roads to the border of Chile. Enjoy a relaxing evening in scenic Puerto Natales before camping for two days among the dramatic granite pillars that dominate the landscape in Paine National Park. Take day hikes from our camp to observe the striking scenery of this protected area, home to a variety of animal and plant life. Back in Puerto Natales in the afternoon of Day 9. |
| Day 10: | Punta Arenas Punta Arenas is Chile's southernmost city, facing the Straits of Magellan. You will have time to explore this lively city and visit a penguin colony at Otway Sound. |
| Days 11-13 | Ushuaia / Beagle Channel The southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia is your base for a cruise of the islands and inlets of the Beagle Channel to observe its interesting marine wildlife. |
| Day 14 | Buenos Aires Fly to Buenos Aires for a final night in the city. |
| Day 15: | Depart Buenos Aires. |
