Short Break to Mexico

Mexico is a fascinating country with so much to offer, but if you're short of time you can combine some culture, a city break and time on a beautiful beach, all in 8 days.

Fly into Mexico City for three days in this vibrant capital, staying at the La Casona hotel. Enjoy a half day city tour, a trip to the famous Anthropology museum and the pre-Aztec pyramids at Teotihuacan.

Then fly to the Yucatan coast for four days on a Caribbean beach along the Riviera Maya. We recommend a stay at the Shrangri-La Beach Village, a secluded hotel in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, with thatched roof palapas and excellent hotel rooms with their own private terraces. It is located right on 250 metres of white sand beach, on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen, a lovely, small beach resort that has maintained its mexican feel and offers many excursions to places of interest.

Why not visit the renowned Mayan archeological site at Chichen Itza, a trip that can be arranged locally from your hotel.

Itinerary
Day 1:	On day one arrive in Mexico City, (your return flight from the UK is included). Transfer to the Hotel La Casona.
Day 2:	Half day city tour with a visit to the Anthropology museum.
Day 3:	Half day tour to the site of Teotihuacan.
Day 4:	Fly to Cancun on the Caribbean coast and transfer to Playa del Carmen, to your hotel Shangri-La Caribe.
Day 5:	Free day.
Day 6:	Free day.
Days 7:	Free day.
Day 8:	Transfer to Cancun airport in time for your flight home via Mexico City.
