Lima
Guide books still denigrate Lima but
the city has much improved in recent years. Much of the old part of
town has been restored and there are many interesting museums to visit.
The new Parque de Amor and Larco Mar area offers cafes, bars, shops
and restaurants with a great view over the ocean.
