Inca ruins, traditional village markets in the Andes, the Nazca lines in the desert, Lake Titicaca and the Amazon jungle are just some of the attractions of a journey to Peru.
Airpasses
It often
makes sense to fly internally if you are short of time as distances are vast in Latin America.
Lan Peru offers an airpass which is good value, please check details with us.
Climate
The winter months from May to October are the driest when temperatures frequently soar above 20C during the day but fall to below freezing at night. The rest of the year is warmer but wetter, with December to March traditionally being the rainy season.
Consumer protection
The flights and air holidays in these pages are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority under our licence.

Documentation
British Citizens do not need a visa for Peru but a full, valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity is required. Nationals of other countries should contact the consulate: 020 7235 2545.
Inoculations
While nothing is compulsory, visitors should ensure they are covered for Typhoid, Tetanus, Hepatitis, Malaria, Yellow Fever and Polio as there have been reports of health officials insisting on administering inoculations before travelling to jungle areas. If you are planning to travel on to Brazil proof of Yellow Fever vaccination is compulsory.
