Corporate Social Responsibility

At South American Experience, we have long recognised the potentially damaging effects of tourism and have consistently encouraged our clients to travel in an informed and responsible way.

We have now developed a formal Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy having thoroughly examined and analyzed our organization, not only in terms of business practice but also in terms of the wider effects and impact our activities have in Latin America.  CSR might be a new buzz-word but, for us, it is merely an extension of what we have been doing for many years.

We have set out  below a brief synopsis of our policy which reflects our on-going commitment to good business practice and sustainable tourism by ensuring minimal impact in Latin America.

• Responsible marketing of tourism.
• Sustainable use of resources.

• Responsible selection of hotels and properties.
• Support for local communities.
