Still little known, Guyana's lush interior, criss-crossed by a myriad of rivers and waterfalls enveloped by virgin rainforest, is teeming with tropical wildlife and birdlife. It certainly rivals nature and adventure destinations anywhere in the world.

Documentation
British Citizens do not require visas for Guyana but should check that they have a full, valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months to run. Nationals of other countries should check with the Guyana High Commission on:  020 7229 7684.

Inoculations
There are no compulsory requirements although vaccination against Typhoid, Tetanus, Hepatitis and Polio are all strongly recommended as well as anti-malaria tablets. The following website has some useful information:
