Although the Galapagos are not known for their winds, even a slight swell can have an effect on the
smaller boats and some clients who do not have sea legs may prefer to sleep on terra firma as an alternative to the
large cruise ships.
You can enjoy many touring opportunities not offered on some of the cruise ships, for example a horseback riding
tour or a mountain biking excursion, or try surfing and night camping.
All the hotels are on the island of Santa Cruz.
