On-Line Booking Engine

This on-line booking engine can be used for booking straightforward international return flights and internal flights within Latin America. You can also book hotels using this facility. It is important to note that this booking engine is for UK based passengers only.

If you wish to book tailor-made travel arrangements, multi-sector flights or airpasses please contact our office as this facility is not suitable for booking multi-sector travel arrangements.

Tips for on-line booking

For the cheapest international flights it is best to use the same airline for both outbound and return travel; if you have a more complicated itinerary with multiple stops it is best to discuss it with us. We can issue most airline tickets but a few carriers are not represented here in the UK and we will be unable to process their bookings. If this is the case we will notify you immediately.

Charges

We will add a service charge of £40 per person per ticket (NB. not per flight) to the on-line price. You should note that there is no additional charge for using debit cards but there is a 2% charge for credit cards. If you are booking hotels on-line the charge is £5 per hotel.

Credit/debit card security

Your credit and debit card information is safe when you book with South American Experience. Your card details are encrypted over the internet for security. Tickets will only be despatched once we have verified your billing address and debited your card. We cannot accept on-line bookings from outside the UK. Contact us by phone or email instead.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of an issued ticket, cancellation charges and service charges will apply, so we strongly recommend you take out insurance when you pay for the ticket. Please call us for more details.

Consumer Protection

South American Experience Ltd has an Air Tour Operators Licence (ATOL3071) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Most (but not all) flight bookings made on-line are also ATOL Protected. If you are not covered for any flight we will advise you before issuing tickets.

Tailor-made Travel, Groups and Cruises

Please contact us if you would like to discuss a tailor-made holiday in Latin America that includes flights, hotels, transfers and excursions as you cannot book these on-line - the possibilities are endless.
