Cuban Tourist Card Application

 

British passport holders require a Cuban Tourist Card to enter Cuba.

• You may use this form by printing it off, filling it in and posting it to us.
• Each Tourist Card costs £25.
• If you are travelling within 10 days, you must either collect the Tourist Card in person or use our Express Service, posted out to you by Special Delivery, for which you add £10 to the cost per booking / envelope, not per person.
• The Cuban Tourist Card is valid for a maximum of 30 days and is non-refundable once issued.
• If you require a card for more than one person simply print off another form and fill it in seperately.
• We also require a photocopy of of your passport details (the inside back page of British passports).
• N.B.We cannot issue cards for Cuban citizens or people born in Cuba.

Tourist cards are usually despatched within 48 hours of receipt.
