Cuba tailor-made holidays in Cayo Coco

Cayo Coco

The idyllic Cayo Coco is the fourth largest island in the Cuban Archipelago. Cayo Coco's beautiful beach is nearly 10km long and its principle attraction, but it also offers some of the best eco-tourism facilities in Cuba, with a natural reserve for marine birds, including pink flamingos and white ibis. The key's flora and fauna have been well preserved and the area has become a legally protected zone in the Government's drive to promote eco-tourism, resulting in some endangered endemic species having a chance to survive. It is a good place for fishing and diving.

It can be reached by a causeway from the mainland, however there is also an airport on Cayo Coco with flights from Havana.
