Car Hire
This is probably the best way to explore the island, considering the poor local transport system, although it is not cheap.
Pre-booking is essential if you want to guarantee a vehicle.
We provide further notes and tips about driving in Cuba but you should be aware
that a lot of the road network is in pretty poor shape and there are few signs and roadmarkings.
We do not recommend driving at night.
