Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica

Manuel Antonio National Park

Manuel Antonio is justifiably one of Costa Rica's most popular and scenic National Parks, with its beautiful white sand beaches backed by rainforest, well marked trail system and prolific wildlife. It is a wonderful place to visit, its only down-side being its own popularity, but if you visit early in the morning or mid week you should avoid too many fellow travellers.

There are always registered naturalist guides at the entrance to the park who can take you wildlife spotting along the trails, and a wide choice of accommodation in the area.
