There are no compulsory requirements at the time of writing, although vaccination against Typhoid, Tetanus, Hepatitis, Yellow Fever and Polio are all strongly recommended as well as anti-malaria tablets for tropical areas. Climate and when to go
Colombia has an equatorial climate and therefore does not have dramatic seasonal changes. The best time for the country as a whole is December-March as it rains the least then. During May-July and October-December there can be frequent short sharp heavy showers, though they're usually followed by bright sunshine.
