Monte Balmaceda National Park and Torres del Paine
This exciting trip offers a whole new way to approach the Torres del Paine National Park - sailing from Puerto Natales up the Last Hope Sound to reach the Monte Balmaceda National Park with amazing scenery and wildlife on route.
After seeing the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers, continue the adventure and travel on to the Torres del Paine National Park on a zodiac boat which will take you 35km (about 22 miles) upstream to the National Park which has made Chile famous. On route you will see the Great Southern Patagonian Icefield, the Paine Mountain Range and visit the Tyndall Glacier Lookout point.
Breakfast is included throughout.

| Day 1: | Transfer from Punta Arenas to your hotel in Puerto Natales (approx. 3 hours by road). Overnight at the Hotel Costaustralis. |
| Day 2: |
Full day group tour through Last Hope Sound by boat (on the cutter "21 de Mayo") to Torres del Paine National Park, departing at 8 am. Includes trip to Monte Balmaceda National Park to see the Serrano Glacier and the Balmaceda Glacier. Weather permitting, you should also see cormorants, sealions and condors as well as beautiful scenery. After lunch, continue by zodiac boat up the Rio Serrano passing the Great Southern Patagonian Icefield and visiting the Tyndall Glacier lookout point. At about 16.30, transfer by mini bus from Serrano to your hotel in the Torres del Paine National Park: the Hosteria Las Torres. (Entrance to the Park must be paid locally, approx. $ USD 16) |
| Days 3-5: | You will have four nights accommodation at the Hosteria Las Torres with free time to enjoy optional excurions within the park including trekking, horse-riding, boat trips and spa treatments. |
| Day 6: | Transfer from your hotel by mini-bus to Punta Arenas (approx. 5 and a half hours). |
