How to Book

A note on prices:

Most costs mentioned on our website relate to the low season and are per person in a double occupancy. They are also subject to changes in the dollar / sterling exchange rate and may fluctuate. Please contact us for a tailor-made quote specific to your requirments.

Flights:

Please telephone 0870 499 0683 or send us an e-mail with your requirements. Passenger names must match passport details.

Tailor-made Itineraries:

If you would like us to draw up a tailor-made itinerary for you, please let us know your requirements. If you then wish to proceed with a booking - or if you wish to book one of the suggested itineraries in our brochure or on our website - please forward a deposit of £150 per person together with a completed booking form.

Booking Form

Up to four people travelling on the same itinerary can fill in one booking form with one passenger signing it on behalf of the whole party. On receipt of the booking form we will request flights, transfers and all ground arrangements and will confirm the details to you as soon as we receive the responses from Latin America. In practice it usually takes a few days to get the answers from Latin America but we aim to reply to you within three days.We will then set out all the details to you in the form of our confirmation invoice which will give you instructions should any interim payments be necessary to secure certain services. The balance is usually due 8 weeks before travel. If you are booking within 8 weeks of departure full payment for each passenger must accompany your booking form.

Group Tours:

Please contact us so we can check that there are still places on the tour you are interested in. We would then ask you send us a completed booking form with your deposit of £150 per person. The balance will be due 8 weeks before travel.
