Estancia Huechahue

Enjoy the outdoor life of Northern Patagonia by spending a few days at Huechahue, a working estancia (ranch), half an hour away from San Martin de los Andes and within easy access of Bariloche (2 hours). The accommodation at the ranch is very comfortable, there are eight twin bedded rooms with private bathrooms.

Activities on offer include fishing, rafting, walking, swimming or bird watching, all surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Andean foothills. When it comes to horse riding, a speciality of the ranch, all levels are catered for, from beginners through to experienced riders. You can even join the gauchos working the cattle or raft down the river Alumine. A truly unforgettable experience.
