Salta is one of the best preserved Spanish colonial towns in Argentina, a real gem. Enjoy its touch of elegance with its large old houses and flowery courtyards. You will visit Cafayate, a beautiful village in the Calchaqui Valleys, famous for its wine production. Also the stunning landscapes of the Humahuaca Gorge with its old towns full of history and tradtion.
Our 4 day tour takes you to the main places of interest, including the Indian Fortress of Pucara de Tilcara and the Aborigine Art museum. A superb introduction into the little discovered world of the Eastern Andes.
