The Lake District
This is a superb tour encompassing two of the most attactive National Parks in Patagonia and the lakes within them. The Nahuel Huapi National Park includes the lake of the same name as well as the city of Bariloche.
Esquel is your base for visiting the The Los Alerces National Park, one of the most untouched parts of the Andean region, which includes a complex system of rivers and lakes, ancient woods (more than 3000 years old) and the spectacular Torrecillas glacier. There are splendid places to walk and hike along the shores of the lakes.
